Turn community reach into sustainable club revenue.
Clubevia helps grassroots and semi-professional sports clubs build stronger commercial income through sponsorship strategy, partnership packaging, prospect research and practical revenue planning.
Most clubs have value. Few have time to commercialise it properly.
Grassroots clubs often rely on volunteers while managing rising facility, travel, equipment and competition costs. The commercial opportunity exists — but it is rarely packaged, priced and sold systematically.
Underpriced sponsorship
Logos and banners are often sold without understanding the wider community, digital and activation value.
No sponsor pipeline
Clubs may know local businesses, but lack a repeatable process for targeting, approaching and following up.
No commercial system
Revenue planning, sponsor reporting and renewals often depend on one volunteer having enough time.
We turn club activity into a commercial proposition.
Not another sponsorship guide. Clubevia helps structure the commercial work around your actual club.
Commercial audit
Identify revenue gaps, current commercial assets and where the club is leaving value unused.
Partnership design
Build practical sponsor packages around community, youth, events, digital reach and category exclusivity.
Prospect research
Identify local and relevant businesses with a credible reason to partner with your club.
Outreach framework
Create clear messaging, offer positioning and a follow-up process instead of one-off cold emails.
Revenue planning
Connect sponsorship, membership, events and other income into one practical 12-month commercial plan.
Renewal thinking
Build reporting and partner-delivery habits that make future sponsorship renewal easier to justify.

Help shape Clubevia while improving your club's commercial approach.
We are working with a small number of early clubs at a reduced founding-pilot price of £99. In return, we ask for honest feedback so the service can be improved before wider launch.
Founder, Clubevia
Sports background. Commercial focus.
Clubevia was created to help sports clubs approach commercial growth more systematically. The work combines sports organisation knowledge with practical business analysis, sponsor research, partnership design and revenue planning.
The aim is simple: help clubs turn the value they already create for members, families and local communities into more sustainable commercial income.
Before you apply.
Is Clubevia a sponsorship agency?
Not in the traditional sense. The founding service focuses on commercial analysis, sponsor packaging, prospect research, outreach planning and revenue strategy. It does not currently act as a commissioned sales agent on behalf of the club.
Do you guarantee a sponsor?
No. A credible commercial service should not guarantee that a third-party business will sign. We improve the quality of the offer, targeting and sales process.
What information does the club need to provide?
Usually membership and programme data, current sponsorship arrangements, basic financial figures, event activity, digital reach and any existing commercial materials.
Who is the founding pilot for?
Grassroots, amateur and semi-professional sports clubs that already have genuine community activity but do not yet have a structured commercial function.
